MAC Lipstick - Impassioned

Summer time equals bright lips. Time to ditch the nudes and pull out all the bright lip colours. For me at least! A favourite bright lip colour of mine to use is Impassioned by Mac. I've had this for a long time and as soon as the sun comes out so does this lipstick.

Impassioned is an amplified finish so the pigmentation and the colour payoff is very intense. Amplified finish is usually very creamy as well as having a high shine factor. I use a lip liner in a bright pink colour under it so that it lasts longer and usually with a lip liner it makes your lips look fuller as well as neater when you apply lipstick on top. It's a stunning bold and vibrant lip colour. So if you love a good bright lip then deffo go for it. It's almost like a neon pink but looks different on different skin tones. On me it looks very bright and I absolutely love it. It lasts for about 4-5 hours on me. It starts to fade from the center so you would need to re-apply because of the creamy consistency. The colour payoff is beautiful in one swipe but I prefer to intensify the colour so I apply a bit more. It's deffo a very buildable colour. If you have a tan this would look stunning!
