Highcross Spring Beauty Fix Event

I was recently invited along to the first Spring Beauty Fix event held at Highcross Leicester. The weather was pretty good that day too so big thumbs up for that. Highcross had many offers on throughout the center for the two days the event was held (last weekend) and I decided to check out all the discounts and offers. Ps- I am so sorry about the image quality. Currently searching for a new camera!  

The first thing I was pretty excited about was the Beauty Amnesty. Here you were able to ditch 5 old or unwanted beauty items and in return you got a £10 gift-card that you were able to use anywhere in Highcross. Since the makeup hoarder I am, I do have a lot and many items that I don't use any longer. I brought quite a few bits that I put in the pink bin and in return got a £10 gift card. (Got more makeup with that). This was such a great idea I think. Another thing that I loved was the free colour consultation where you were able to take a look at and discuss what colours and palettes are best for you fashion wise. I loved taking a look at all the outfits and the colours for spring. I have my eye on the most amazing jumpsuit from River Island *insert heart face emoji*. 

After this I got myself a seven day YSL foundation sample and also some foundation and primer samples from Urban Decay who were also offering demonstrations. Rituals were offering complementary skin consultations. They were also offering goody bags once you sign up to their mailing list. Can't say no to that. Clarins were also offering a skincare update and a mini facial. I actually didn't go to Clarins but such a great offer. Overall it was great day and there were so many offers and discounts. My two favourites were the beauty amnesty and the colour colour consultation!
