Blushers are my second favourite product. I say second because I can't have 2 number ones sadly.
I while back I wrote a review on a MAC lipstick (Saigon summer) that I received in a giveaway from the really lovely Sam. With that I also got this blush! I picked the colour Fleur Power because it's been on my wishlist for a long time and it just really appealed to me.
It's a gorgeous dark pink and coral hybrid with slight red undertones. You can see the coral to it once you swatch it. I've swatched it quite full on in the image above. On my complexion its very bright. I have to be so careful with this and literally have to dab my brush in the pan and then dab it on my cheeks. I am not saying this only because of the colour but its so pigmented! If you apply it in a subtle way it'll look very natural; like flushed cheeks when you come inside from the cold but if you do over do it, it'll look like someone slapped you across the face which I did look like the first time I used it (I didn't leave the house). Its a very warm coloured blush so it'll suit quite a lot of skintones.
It's a satin finish but it's quite matte which I love. The texture's very smooth and it goes on quite well. Lasts about 6-7 hours and is very buildable. I usually apply colours like these where I would contour because it does sculpt your face and gives you a nice flush. Its a perfect winter colour.
I overall love this blush! It works really well for me. MAC blushers are really nice in my opinion. If there's something I love from MAC it's the lipsticks and the blushers.
Have you tried this colour? What are your favourites?

DeleteI love this colour - it looks very similar to Benefit's Coralista, but maybe this one has more red undertones. I love to wear this one with very natural makeup to really make it stand out.
